Hollingsworth Appraisal Co., Inc. was established in June 1986
by Tommy (Spook) Hollingsworth, a well known realtor and businessman in the
Surry County area. Tommy also served on the North Carolina Appraisal Board in
the early 1990s. Nancy Y. Easter joined the company in 1987 and began pursuing
her residential appraisal license. In August 1993 Nancy received her General
Certification in North Carolina and shortly thereafter her Virginia General
Certification. J. Foley Norman joined the company in 1994 as Tommy’s partner.
Foley received his North Carolina General Certification on March 9, 1995 and
shortly thereafter his Virginia General Certification. Since Tommy’s retirement
J. Foley Norman is now the owner and president of Hollingsworth Appraisal Co.,
Inc. which has been delivering quality appraisal work for 21 years.
