Estates always offer certain challenges due to
the diverse nature of these assignments. This is due to the fact that estates
can include all types of real estate including residential, commercial, farms,
vacant land etc. Being able to handle all these types of properties we like to
think of our services as “The One Stop Appraisal Shop”. No need for multiple
appraisers for each different type property. This saves you time and money and
keeps the process as easy as possible during a difficult time. If an attorney is
involved we will work with their office and make sure we understand the purpose
and function of the appraisal(s). All appraisals will be prepared in concordance
with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
