office space, retail space, automotive buildings, restaurants, strip shopping
centers, mixed use properties, multi-tenant properties, apartment complexes,
manufactured home parks, and various special purpose properties such as
churches, wineries, vineyards, poultry operations, funeral homes etc. Our
non-residential appraisals are reported in a professional, informative narrative
report format and comply to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
(USPSP).
